For those patients who have insurance we collect your co-pay at time of service and then file the claim with your carrier for you. We update our list of insurance carriers so please call us if you have questions about coverage.

We also offer our Self Pay Discount Program for those who do not have insurance or who prefer not to use their insurance. This discount reflects the lower administrative costs when we do not bill through insurance companies.
